Our ambition is to serve 100M patients in the next 10 years.
Nabi may be the most important project of our lives. We are a team of Thiel/Mayfield Fellows, Y Combinator and Stanford founders. Nearly half our team has previously built a unicorn ($1B+ valuation) as part of the founding team. Despite our diverse talents and backgrounds, we are unified by our relentless focus on our mission to empower every individual to live life to the fullest.
We're building a new behavioral healthcare system from the ground up starting with eating disorders as our first focus. In the pursuit of our aspirations of building a one in a million company, we need the best minds on board.
A few things about who we are and how we operate:
- We are unrelenting optimists. We have what it takes to bring forth an experience that is just not 2-3x better but industry changing. When looking at solutions, we first look to build a clear picture of what is 10x better without existing constraints and work backwards.
- We value focus and high clock speed. Most bottlenecks can be greatly accelerated or removed, and there are usually no hard maxima for how fast things can be sped up. To accommodate this approach, we keep the team small and focus on a few things.
- We deeply care about our mission. Everyone on our team has a personal connection to it. It's the reason we feel so excited about what we're building. We have the opportunity to make generational change that really matters, and we feel a heavy obligation to get it right.
